On August 12, 2022, a test for synchronization of GCEP with the national grid was conducted by Green Star CRE Energy Plant (GCEP) with the participation of all experts, engineers of GCEP and the representatives of Bac Ninh Power Company.
With careful preparation, GCEP’ generator system was successfully tested for synchronization with the national grid with the joy of all experts and engineers who have been working hard every day to complete and put the plant into operation.
Once coming into operation, the plant will be able to treat 180 tons of waste/day and night with a electricity capacity of 6.1MW, in contribution to reducing the amount of waste directly buried, and concurrently supplementing renewable energy to electricity supply for Bac Ninh province and surrounding regions.
