ENGINEERING
Inheriting the experience and technology from Chosun Refractories Eng Co., Ltd, Korea, CRE Vietnam is a pioneer in the field of Waste to Energy facility engineering. Our technological solutions put incinerator efficiency, equipment durability and air pollution prevention first. Our engineering bases on the waste characteristics of each locality, utilizes waste to create green energy, and strictly complies with regulations on environmental protection to ensure the Sustainable Development Goal.
CONSTRUCTION
As the EPC Contractor, in Construction, CRE Vietnam is always committed to bringing true and timeless values to our partners and customers. With only one centralized management focal point, the quality and progress of the project will be controlled in the most optimal way, and at the same time, the cost of human resources to operate the apparatus is minimized for the investor. With a team of dynamic and experienced engineers, CRE Vietnam is proactive in all stages from organizing supervision, coordinating progress to safety commitment in construction and quality of the whole project, brings the most appropriate and effective construction solutions and materials for each project.
PROCUREMENT
Most of the equipment and machinery of the waste incineration system for power generation are manufactured abroad, therefore, procurement is one of the main and most important activities of the EPC Contractor. In addition, logistics at the construction site are extremely important to ensure a smooth-running construction project. Procurement activities includes purchasing, forwarding, customs clearance, invoices and other services. With our experience and professional team, we are confident to bring the most effective and optimal procurement service to investors.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
As the EPC Contractor, CRE Vietnam implements the project right from the design process, procurement of materials and equipment, construction, and commissioning to the handover of the project for operation. We release the investor from many administrative procedures, licensing, and replace the investor in managing and supervising subcontractors. CRE Vietnam will be the focal point for effective centralized management, ensuring the best quality, schedule and cost for the investor. Especially, in the field of environment and energy, we are one of the pioneers in developing Waste to Energy projects in Vietnam. Green Star CRE Energy Plant, commercially operating from 2022, is the first Waste to Energy project invested by the private sector in Vietnam and. The plant applies advanced Waste to Energy technology from South Korea, which has the ability to burn both municipal and industrial waste, utilizes the heat generated in the incineration process to generate electrical energy.After going into operation, the plant will be the optimal solution to partially solve industrial waste and municipal waste, minimizing the accumulation at landfills that are now almost full in Bac Ninh province. GCEP will be one of the pioneering factories in Waste to Energy movement, part of the sustainable development strategy and building a circular economy in Vietnam.

Construction project of complex of municipal and industrial waste treatment to energy plant in Phu Lang commune, Que vo District, Bac Ninh province has been approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the revised Power Development Planning VII in Official Dispatch No. 934/TTg-CN dated 18/07/2020. In order to connect Que Vo Waste to Energy plant to the national power grid, CRE Vietnam has constructed items of 35kV Substation and Transmission Line, starting point is 35kV busbar of newly built 35kV Substation and the end point is the 35kV busbar at 110/35/22kV Que Vo 2 Substation. Besides being used directly for the plant, the amount of electricity produced will add to the power supply for the loads of industrial and daily-life loads in Que Vo district and surrounding areas. This is a renewable energy source from waste treatment, in line with the trend of environmental protection and sustainable development.

The project of VSD Chemical Co., Ltd. is located at Lot 2C, Zone A, Tam Duong II Industrial Park, Kim Long commune, Tam Duong district, Vinh Phuc province. The project construction scale includes the factory area, office area and supporting items, the total area is about 1ha. The project works for the purpose of chemical manufacturing and dispensing for environmental treatment and is expected to come into operation at the end of 2022.
